Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how HER Group, a team with RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc., Brokerage, collects, uses and protects your personal information, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect.

When you fill out a form, sign up for events or emails, or contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, the type of property you're interested in and any details you choose to share. Our website may also collect basic technical data, like your browser type, pages visited and general location, through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it.

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide real estate services, send listings or market updates you've asked for, share BE HER event details, and improve our website. We only use it for the purposes you'd reasonably expect or have agreed to.

Emails and consent.

We only send marketing emails with your consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

Who we share it with.

We never sell your personal information. We may share it with RE/MAX Realtron Realty, and with professionals involved in your transaction (such as mortgage professionals, lawyers or inspectors) only with your permission. We may also use trusted service providers, like our website platform, our listings search tool, email marketing and form tools, who handle data on our behalf. If you save a search or ask about a property through the listings search, the details you enter are shared with us so we can follow up. We may disclose information where required by law.

Cookies.

Cookies help our site work properly and help us understand how visitors use it. Some pages include content from other services, such as our Instagram feed, Instagram videos and the listings search, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.

How we protect it.

We use reasonable physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to protect your information, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
